How to cancel your Gling subscription

Cancel your Gling subscription from your account, or ask support to cancel it if the self-service option is unavailable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Gling account.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Sign in to Gling with the email address linked to your subscription.
  2. On the main page, open the user menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Billing.
  4. Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it will not renew.

Choose Billing in the account menu to open billing controls. This is a demo account; the portal and options depend on your subscription.

If you cannot cancel it yourself

Send us an email at info@gling.ai. If you subscribed with a different email address, include that address or your latest invoice so we can find the correct subscription.

Do not send your password, verification codes, or payment-card details.
