For a project problem

• Your Gling account email and project name.
• Gling version, operating system and whether you use the web or desktop app. For the web, include the browser.
• What you were trying to do, what happened and the exact error text.
• A timestamp for missing speech, bad cuts, sync problems or a visible mismatch.
• A screenshot of the relevant control, progress message or result.

For an editor handoff, include the destination editor and version, export choice and whether the issue affects the Gling preview or only the imported result.

For billing

Include the purchase email and the charge date, amount or invoice number. Say whether you want help accessing a plan, canceling a renewal or requesting a refund.

Keep private information out

Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details. Share only the recording or sample needed to explain the issue, and only if you are comfortable sending it.
